20 YEARS OF CIVIC LEADERSHIP IN GREEN
PASSION FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE
Gerard has a long history of community service in the City of Green.
It all began when he was appointed by Mayor Brenda Fargo as an inaugural member and became the first Chairman of the City of Green Design Review Board. Two years later, he was appointed by Mayor Dan Croghan to the Planning and Zoning Commission and subsequently appointed to a second term by Mayor Croghan, serving as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission during these eight years. Gerard was also appointed to City of Green Long Range Land Use Plan Committee in 2005.
